avtri is a place for me to release software, both freeware and shareware, as well as object and blocks of code that can be used by other developers. I also post links or local copies of articles I have written on this site. You can find those links under the "misc" menu at the top of the page. I haven't been nearly as active with writing articles lately as I used to be, but will probably become more prolific again in the near future.
have decided to use Paypal for registration of shareware due to their large user base. This will allow people who have a Paypal account and who prefer to use the Paypal service online to use that option, while still allowing direct credit card transactions as well. I feel that this is a well rounded solution for this specific business model, due to the fact that most shareware sales are made to private users and not businesses, it allows the most flexability.
inally, I am also adding a new Blog to the site and hope to do better with keeping it up to date than I did with the last one. I was doing pretty good with it, but then I got sick, then busy at work, then took my first vacation in a year and finally back to work. Needless to say, I have been fairly busy and didn't have a lot of free time to mess about with writing on my web log. That also has a lot to do with why I haven't written any articles in quite a while. I will strive to do more writing in the near future though and the weblog, as well as it's news feeds, can be found under the "misc" menu.
